Production, shipping and delivery:

Our products are handmade one by one, produced according to demand (order). The stated deadline is in business days, not counting holidays and weekends. Orders are sent for production only after payment confirmation, production period of 7 to 15 business days.

Deliveries to the USA occur 3-5 business days after the order is shipped. The customer can opt for fast delivery at checkout.

After posting, the tracking code will be sent to the email registered on the website and will be available in your account (accessed with login and password). It is the buyer's responsibility to follow the tracking, as it is available on the website and email.

If your order has not arrived within the stipulated deadline, please contact us with your order number.
